Amazing food, options are pretty more on menu however few are unavailable, the availability of dishes are more flavourful and as I tried their food on my vacation for 1 day and made me to retry 2 more times on next day with different dishes.
Super delicious restaurant! Royal Indian cuisine and Bar is located in Orlando Sigurd in shopping mall. There's multiple parking options. When you walk into, the restaurant is spacious and has a cozy vibe to it. Myself and a friend came here for dinner on a Friday night. We were greeted by the pleasant staff and were quickly sat. Everything we ordered was delicious and came out super quick. The garlic naan was amazing and the curries were super flavorful. I definitely recommend!
Ordered pickup as it's conveniently located directly across the street from the Caribe Royale. I ordered butter, chicken and garlic naan which was very good and well-made. When I walked into the restaurant to pick up, it looks very comfortable clean with nice ambience. The front counter host was very responsive when I walked in and met me promptly to pay for my order.
We arrived around 5pm when it just opened for evening business. The first impression for the restaurant was its cleanness. Unlike many Indian restaurant I visited, a light incense fragrance lingering in the air instead of potent smell of spices that stick on my clothing. That added the impression of its cleanness. Our waitress was new to the job, but she answered all my questions. She helped us order several dishes that were just perfect for guests of two. Quality of food was very good, even though the portion is slightly less. We ordered Papadum with two dipping, chicken Tikka appetize, Palak Panner, and Garlic Naan bread. Everything was cooked in perfection and full of flavor. Both waitress and chef came to our table for short but warm chat. The restaurant is located on a busy main road. It took us a while to make the turn to the parking lot during the rush hour. But other than that, Royal is one of our favorite India restaurant in Orlando area. We will visit again soon.
Excellent food, their flavors are especially authentic. Enjoyed coming here for the first time, friendly staff & their recommendations for entres and desserts, was truly so helpful! Barney was such a sweetheart! She was patient with us and made sure we were well taken care of. (Ask for her) We will be back!
Family (5 adults/2 kids) visiting Disney/Universal decided we wanted Indian. Randomly picked closest to hotel and we hit the Jackpot. Plan was to do 1 appetizer, entree and Naan/Mango Lassi). After the Seekh Kabab came out "spicey" as requested we were very impressed how moist the kabobs were. We ended up ordering 2 more Seekh kabobs, the. The Chicken tikka was perfectly cooked and the sauce was spiced perfectly. The naans came out very fresh with no Burnt pieces. Then we ended up ordering Lamb Biryani (taste was amazing but not fluffy as basmati rice should be. The mango lassi per 2 kids it was too thin. Overall Amazing food, Very very attentive staff - casual family friendly staff. Has a Bar but no Indian Beer. Would highly recommend going here when in Orlando.
When we got here at 8pm it was pretty empty (plus for us). Pretty standard dining room, nothing fancy. Quickly seated and brought menu's. Friendly waitress. Food was great! Not the best we ever had, but for a tourist destination, pretty great! Vegetable samosa was on the money and mildly spicy. We both had the paneer tikka masala and it was delicious. Very fresh! Rice was perfectly cooked and the Naan bread was perfect. Definitely stop here if you are in the mood for some good Indian food while vacationing in this area. Food was also affordable for what you get!
